No dents, dings, or scratches on any of the stainless. Handles or trim piece may have a tiny nick or two. The interior is appears complete and in very good condition. A couple of the bins may have some scuff marks on some of the glass shelves and clear plastic, but overall very good condition, but not 100% perfect. Unit comes only as shown in the below photos regardless of the factory description pasted above. Let us explain how this works. The Freon gas will leak out and the fresh food section will slowly get warmer until it no longer gets cold. This never happens to the freezer side. This occurs on the 400, 500, 600, 700 series models. Not sure about the BI series yet because they have not been out long enough. Compressors do go out, but not that often and not at the same time.
