We just received this Miele MasterCool French door panel-ready unit, which is the top of the line Miele model. This out of box unit still has the factory packaging inside. The top inside corner of the right door has a small cosmetic crack in the plastic which is nothing and we touched up with some silicone. You can barely notice it, see photos. The top/back outside of the cabinet has a cosmetic dent as shown in the photos but once installed, no one will see it.

Also, the glass piece which covers the lower refrig bin is missing, but this piece is not needed and does nothing except cover the top the the lower bin. Unit was completely tested and functions as new. Factory size specs can be downloaded from the internet.
